About Daina
Daina Crowell is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. With experience in intensive outpatient care and educational settings, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach to clinical work.
Daina believes therapy should be collaborative, tailored, and rooted in trust. She draws on personal experience—having overcome her own health and mental health challenges—to offer empathy and authenticity in the therapy room. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in their ability to grow.
Originally from rural Alberta, Daina finds joy in nature, adventure, and learning from different cultures. She has traveled to 19 countries and counting, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and four children hiking, skiing, and rock climbing.
