About Jessica
Jessica Slade is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who works with couples, young adults, teens, and parent–child relationships, helping clients strengthen connections and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. She is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. She has experience working with individuals and couples facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics.
She is especially passionate about helping couples improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and better understand the patterns that shape their relationships. With individuals—particularly teens and young adults—she focuses on emotional regulation, and building resilience during pivotal stages of life. In family and parent–child work, she supports healthier boundaries, stronger understanding, and more secure relational bonds.
When she is not working, she loves to cook, ski, travel, hike, and spend time with her family.
